New Video: How to integrate Digital PTO & Mail Chimp
As the summer is starting to hit full swing, more and more PTA and PTO leaders are getting their websites ready for their summer meetings. One of the most common questions we’re getting is “How do I use our family registration information to send out emails to our families?”
There are a number of ways to use the data for emails, you can download the file and then import it to a simple mail account like gmail and then send from there (not our top choice..) you can also export the data and then import it into a professional email newsletter service. Or third, if you are a Premium Member with Digital PTO, you can have your Family Registration Form automatically capture all the data that your families submit , automatically add it to your Mail Chimp account and then allow you to send easy messages to the whole school or individual grade levels.
