Download & Manage Service

Digital PTO’s Download & Manage service is a critical part of keeping your PTA or PTO organized. The Download and Manage service is available on all of our Premium Plans at no additional charge. In a nut shell, the Download & Manage service gives you full access to the entries submitted on any of your website’s forms. From the easy web interface you can update and change entries, delete and add entries and download the entire list in a csv file for use in other applications.

How does it work?

When a visitor fills out one of your forms you will receive an email with the submission details. We also take those submissions in the background and add them to an easy to manage database manager for you.

The Database manager allows you to search the forms, sort the form by the field of your choice and also download portions or the entire database. You can also edit errors and type-o’s, add new members, and delete duplicate entries, etc.

Sounds complicated. Is it easy?

It’s so easy you won’t believe your eyes. There is nothing complicated about it, you will love it. It’s designed for “regular” people, not programmers.

What can we do with it?

The number one request we received during our Beta Testing period was “Can I download the Family Registration Data?” The ability to download and store your data in a variety of formats can save your PTA or PTO dozens of hours of time. Run a membership report to provide to the state and national PTA’s, mail merge your data into a student directory phone book, import your data into any email management service, and so much more.

Additionally, adding the Download & Manage service gives you access to edit and modify all of your forms on your own! Need to make a change? Add a field? Change some wording? No problem!

Please note, we offer two different form systems, depending on whether you accept credit card payments on the form. The interfaces are different but the functionality is vistually the same. Credit card payment enabled forms are only available to Premium Plus Members.
