Digital PTO Beta Invitations went out on Thursday of last week and we just completed our first weekend of of testing. It was a HUGE success! We had a lot PTA’s and PTO’s sign up for the testing and they are off and running. As the brain-child behind this entire service, I cannot even begin to explain how rewarding it has been to see the public come in, look around, enjoy and start using the tools we’ve created.

Over the weekend we started work on our Help Forums & Support Documentation in an effort to make the service as self-sufficient as possible. We’re busy indexing all of our help documents, assigning keywords to them and getting them pushed up to our help desk. We have partnered with ZenDesk.com to service all of our members. And finally, we had to share a comment we received this weekend from one of our new members. It made us smile so big our faces hurt. This is what makes every month of work and sweat and time worth it in full.
