A Massive Improvement to our Help Center
The Digital PTO Help Center has always been known as an industry leading resource and this week we made this tool even easier to use! Prior to today, a user would select General Help or Premium Help to get started. Some users were confused as to which category their question fit. Starting today, we have eliminated the two categories and merged everything together into a single interface with graphics and specific categories. The result is a quick help menu that guides you directly to what you are looking for. We hope you love the new layout and categorization, we’ve worked very hard to make Digital PTO the easiest and most powerful website tool for Parent Groups.

In addition to the new categories and navigation, we have also been hard at work updating our tutorials to the latest version of our software. The majority of changes are visual, but there are a few instances where the actual functionality changed slightly so we are diligently going through every single tutorial we have one by one to update them. If you happen upon a tutorial that looks outdated or has some slightly different language than what you’re seeing on your website, don’t worry, you’re not crazy, we simply haven’t updated that tutorial yet. It’s coming soon.
