What happens next?

In just a few moments you will receive a confirmation email from us (we use the same system as you!) and then we will get to work creating your secure forms account. We use a service called Wufoo to provide our secure accounts, so expect an email from them with your log in information.

How will I know when my Form Account is Activated?
