Two years ago this week I clicked a few buttons and unleashed Digital PTO on the world. The site had been ready to launch for over a month and we were conducting some final private beta testing to make sure everything was ready to go. I was sitting in a hotel room in Texas, the night before our first trade show appearance, and I clicked the “live” button for the first time.

We knew we weren’t going to get bombarded with schools in that moment, but I’ll be honest, it was a rush. Would people like what we had created? Would PTA groups find it useful? Would PTO groups want to try it out? Was I the only one that thought providing easy to create Parent Group Websites was a good idea?

Two year later, I can definitively say that I have an answer to all of those questions. YES, people have loved what we have created. YES, PTA groups have found our website builder extremely useful. YES, PTO groups do want to try out building a free website in moments. And NO, I was not the only one who thought it was a great idea. Over 1000 Parent Teacher Groups are already using Digital PTO and we continue to grow every single day.

We have learned a lot in the last two years as well. Our service has grown and evolved to meet the ever expanding needs of our users. We released new plans (including our new Starter and Basic Plans) and we also added additional Premium Plans that offer even more options for collecting payments online for your Parent Group (including Paypal, traditional Credit Cards and our new Stripe Integration).

We’ve added over  a dozen new themes including our high-end theme, Graphene 2.0, and our new basic theme with thousands of color options at the click of a mouse. We now offer two different Calendars for our PTO and PTA groups depending on which plan you subscribe to as well.

The Digital PTO evolution has been enormous, I could go on forever, but one thing is for certain, we are extremely proud of the fact that we have created the number one tool for building a PTO or PTA website on the planet. Our service is top notch, our technology is robust and powerful and our features are incredible.
